These terms govern use of the Touch By Rain website, virtual assistant, appointment scheduling, treatments, and product-request features. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services and eligibility

Touch By Rain provides aesthetic services, skincare information, product information, appointment scheduling, and related client support. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into an agreement. A parent or legal guardian must arrange services for a minor and provide any required consent.

2. General information—not medical care

The website and virtual assistant provide general educational and business information. They do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, replace a dermatologist or other licensed medical professional, or provide emergency care. Recommendations remain subject to Rain's in-person assessment, professional scope, contraindication screening, and right to decline or modify a service for safety.

Seek urgent medical help for severe pain, rapidly increasing swelling, breathing difficulty, signs of infection, eye involvement, or another emergency.

3. Appointments and calendar invitations

An appointment request is not complete until the website confirms the booking or Touch By Rain confirms it directly. When Google Calendar is used, you may receive an invitation at the email address you provide. Please review and accept the invitation and notify Touch By Rain promptly if the details are incorrect.

Availability may change, and Touch By Rain may contact you to reschedule, correct a conflict, or confirm suitability. Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show requirements communicated at booking or by Touch By Rain apply to that appointment.

4. Prices, payments, and scheduling fees

Current prices and any scheduling fee are displayed before you authorize payment. Depending on the selected service, the website may allow full payment, payment of a scheduling fee with a remaining balance due later, or booking without online payment. A consultation may require a scheduling fee even when no separate treatment charge applies.

A displayed scheduling or consultation fee is non-refundable once the appointment is reserved unless Touch By Rain expressly waives it. If Touch By Rain waives a scheduling fee that was already paid, the refund is issued to the original payment method and the timing of the credit depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Cancelling or missing an appointment closes any unpaid balance for services that were not performed; it does not automatically refund a retained scheduling fee.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Any applicable refund, cancellation, package, promotion, or credit terms shown at checkout or communicated before purchase are incorporated into these terms. If a displayed price or description contains an obvious error, Touch By Rain may correct it before providing the service and offer you the choice to accept the correction or cancel.

5. Products and treatment results

Product availability may change. Follow the label, approved directions, and professional guidance, and stop use if a concerning reaction occurs. Individual skin responses and aesthetic results vary; no specific outcome, duration, or improvement is guaranteed.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful contact, allergy, medication, pregnancy, skin-condition, recent-procedure, and other safety information requested for the selected service. You are responsible for following preparation and aftercare directions and for seeking medical advice when a concern is outside an aesthetician's scope.

7. Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent bookings or payments, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to overload or extract data from the service.

8. Third-party services

The website may use services provided by Google, Stripe, Netlify, and an artificial-intelligence provider. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies. Touch By Rain is not responsible for outages or actions of third-party services outside its reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

The Touch By Rain name, logo, website design, original text, images, and other brand materials belong to Touch By Rain or their respective licensors. You may use the website for personal booking and shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Touch By Rain is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting consumer rights that cannot be waived.
